Why can’t I see the join zoom button?

• Before Event:
  • The Zoom button is not available before the event begins. The Zoom button will be displayed on the homepage on the day of the event at the scheduled start time
• During Event:
  • Please refresh your Kistorm webpage and see if the Zoom Button is available on the event homepage
  • If refreshing the page does not work please email support@knowinnovation for the event login details
